  • LCap Group, an executive recruitment firm, wanted to increase visibility of its proprietary research and highlight its expertise in executive performance and leadership effectiveness. The aim was to raise awareness of the group’s flagship leadership report, strengthen brand equity, and support business development conversations with senior decision-makers.

  • Parisi collaborated with LCap to design a communications strategy around the launch of its leadership report. This included: shaping key messages to ensure findings were accessible and relevant to external audiences; identifying the most effective channels to showcase insights; developing content assets that could be repurposed for multiple audiences; and engaging directly with influential journalists and networks to maximise the impact of the research.

  • The leadership report positioned LCap as a trusted authority on leadership trends, sparking discussion across target industries and strengthening the firm’s profile with clients and prospects. The report was launched with Bloomberg and secured extensive trade coverage across finance, private equity, HR, and business media, driven by Parisi’s strategy of tailoring multiple narratives and editorial angles to different audiences. Parisi was also able to introduce LCap’s leadership to a successful author who contributed as an expert to the Bloomberg article, in preparation for the launch event. The successful amplification of the report provided a platform for further visibility, embedding LCap’s reputation as an evidence-led advisor in leadership and performance.
