Laura has over 20 years in-house and agency experience in PR, strategic communications, corporate reputation and crisis and issues management. Her expertise has been developed across a number of sectors, advising Founders, CEOs, HNWs and public officials. Client experience includes moneysupermarket.com, Post Office, Co-Op Bank, BDO, Mazars and The FIFA presidential Campaign for Prince ALi of Jordan. Prior to Parisi, Laura held a Managing Director position, as well as managing a client portfolio she was in charge of all people related decisions and agency operations.
A born and bred Londoner, Laura likes to make the most of the city whether enjoying the theatre, seeking new places to eat, or looking for child friendly activities for her young daughter. Out of London she can be found rummaging in antiques shops across the UK, or trying to escape to a beach in Cape Town, where her husband is from!

With a career stretching 15 years, Nic has done it all in PR, working in-house, for agencies as well as for a political party and a central role during the 2016 EU referendum. In addition to leading some of the most successful public affairs campaigns he has managed high-profile crisis communications from cyber crises to reputation management for companies and high-net-worth individuals. With a passion for science & technology Nic has advised businesses of all sizes from spin-outs, start-ups and scale-ups all the way to blue chips, guiding them through brand launches, multi-million-pound funding rounds, stock market mergers and commercially driven multimedia marketing campaigns.
Away from work, Nic dedicates his time to his young family in Snowdonia, North Wales. Together, they relish the region’s rich variety of natural beauty, from its mountains to its coastal areas.
Shivani Lodhia

Shivani has an extensive public relations and public affairs background, having worked across a variety of industries, leading public affairs campaigns both in the UK and internationally. She has led the UK comms programme for the Ukrainian state gas entity Naftogaz and for Paragraf, the pioneers of Graphene based electronic devices; launched an asset management platform for a UK family office; provided counsel and strategic communications advice to prominent real estate businesses, advising on over £100M worth of deals.
A keen linguist, Shivani enjoys travelling, especially if she can practise her German and Spanish. She has a fondness for the arts, regularly visiting galleries, museums and theatres. At home, she is happiest baking cakes and slowly mastering new yoga poses, although not at the same time.
